Our story

I was trying to think of a thoughtful gift for a beautiful girl who is like family, she was turning 6. My girls and I love all the personalisation available in stores at the moment, drink bottles, initial handbags, necklaces; all the fun things. But I wanted it to be more than something I picked up at the store, I wanted her name on it, but I wanted it to reflect her style and loves and I wanted her to be truly blown away when she saw it. I found a jacket and headed to Spotlight. We had so much fun selecting patches that we knew this little girl would love.

Fast forward a few months and both my girls wanted one just like it for their birthday. So I did the same. They loved it, and I quickly realised that iron on patches stay ironed on for about 2 hours! And if you need to wash the jacket (and obviously you will, because #kids) then it’s all over. I sewed the patches on on the 3 jackets I’d made and they were perfect. The girls loved them; wore them to all their parties and social activities. And next thing, I have jacket requests for all the birthdays!

The girls absolutely love seeing something designed and made just for them, unique to them, but also made to match their sibling and or cousins. They love the compliments and delight in wearing something that was made specially for them. I realised I wasn’t the only one looking for a special gift, these truly make the most delightful gift.

And of course I needed to consider the boys. They absolutely can have jackets tailored to their personal style. But the backpack range emerged as I needed to shower my little guy and our friends boys with just as much personalised fun as the girls. Now that I’ve started, I’m creating personalised gifts for everyone!

I have a background in design, retail and marketing. I live in Sydney’s northern beaches with my partner and 3 gorgeous kiddos. I love creating gifts that make eyes light up and will be cherished.
